Welcome to HappyHop Logistics. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We provide package forwarding and shipping services from our USA warehouse to Jamaica.

2. Services

HappyHop Logistics offers:

  • Package receiving at our USA warehouse

  • Consolidation and forwarding to Jamaica

  • Shipping by air or sea (where available)

  • Package tracking and customer notifications

3. Customer Accounts

  • Customers must create an account to use our services.

  • You are responsible for ensuring all account information is accurate.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect customer details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

  • All packages are shipped based on availability of transport schedules.

  • Customers will be notified when packages arrive and are ready for pickup or delivery.

5. Fees & Payments

  • All shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, or volumetric (CBM) pricing.

  • Payment must be made in full before release of any package.

  • Additional charges (customs, storage, or handling fees) may apply.

6. Customs & Duties

  • All shipments entering Jamaica may be subject to customs inspection and duties.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees and taxes.

  • HappyHop Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not ship restricted or illegal items including but not limited to:

  • Weapons or explosives

  • Drugs or illegal substances

  • Hazardous materials

  • Items restricted by USA or Jamaican law

8. Liability

  • HappyHop Logistics is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party carriers.

  • We are not responsible for unclaimed packages after the holding period.

9. Storage Policy

  • Packages may be held for a limited period before storage fees apply.

  • Unclaimed items after a set period may be disposed.

10. Changes to Terms

HappyHop Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
