Please enter the shipping address exactly as shown on your dashboard. Do not use auto-fill or select suggested addresses, as this may change important details and cause delays.
We offer both Air Freight and Sea Freight shipping options. Air Freight: Charged based on the weight of the package, starting at JMD $750 per lb. Sea Freight: Charged based on the size/cubic measurement of the shipment, starting at USD $12 per cubic foot. All packages will also attract: A JMD $150 processing fee A handling fee based on the weight of the item Additional charges may apply for special handling, oversized items, or customs duties where applicable.
You can choose either option depending on your needs and budget. However: Oversized items that cannot fit on the plane will automatically ship by sea. Air-restricted items will also be sent by sea freight.
Yes, but they may be required to provide authorization and valid identification before pickup.
Yes, we can combine up to 3 packages under 1lb into one shipment when possible to help reduce shipping costs.
